Pilgrim’s Quarter is a landmark office destination in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, offering approximately 63,000 sq m (Gross Internal Area) of Grade-A office space. Contracted by Derry Building Services, we are responsible for the complete installation and commissioning of all power and lighting systems on floors 5 and 7. With the project now 75% complete, we are proud to contribute to the success of this significant development.
