Project Overview:

The new Co-op Live Arena is set to be the UK’s largest indoor venue by maximum capacity. As a subcontractor for SES Engineering Services and BAM Construction, we served as a reactive team, focusing on life safety systems and completing fire-fighting staircases. Our flexibility and proactive approach enabled us to address areas that required extra attention. Despite a tight 12-week schedule, we successfully completed all seven fire-fighting staircases on time for the arena’s grand opening. This project was a great success and further solidified our strong partnership with SES Engineering Services.

HMRC are moving to Pilgrim’s Quarter in Newcastle city center, where they will occupy the largest of their regional centres.
